Best place to stay for a couple days with friends or family

Instructions about check-in and check-out were very clear and the host was responding quickly. The location was amazing, near a bus stop and shops. The apartment was not huge but enough for 3/4 people. Rooms, sheets, towels were clean and decent. Highly recommended!

Pleasantly surprised!

The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was truly spacious and very comfortable. It looks like a simple apartment that jumped out of an IKEA catalog but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Very close to metro and tram stops and just 2 minutes away from a super market and a big restaurant complex with lots of cuisines offered. Definitely happy with my stay!

The bathroom could be updated a bit with a walk in shower instead of a bathtub.

Beautiful location for a 5 day trip.

Presence of a washing machine, smart tv, microwave oven, toast and everything you may need. WiFi with a great signal.

Nothing that I didn't like actually. The place seems to be perfect.

pretty comfortable

the kitchen and all those things: toaster, oven, water-heater, iron, hair dryer..... I also like there was: sugar, tea, coffee , pots, glasses, etc

no parking, no view, the room was to small to split it in two rooms, I was the 4th on the row to make a shower and the hot water were no more there are no pictures with the room I get: it was small, two double beds almost stuck, a small shower I saw those pictures and I booked it, but the reality was different....worse

Good but can be better.

The apartment is located in a very good location, about 20 minutes on foot from the old town and the Charles Bridge. It is well equipped with everything necessary for a stay of several days. Free bottle of natural water in fredge was nice. It was clean and tidy. Bed is good. Lidl is 50 metres from apartment. I can't point out anything particularly good about the apartment.

In the same facility, I didn't see any employees I could ask if I needed anything. No one answered on the phone (number from Natalija) The main entrance and picking up the keys is under codes. I don't like it when there is no personal contact. There was no air conditioning but a fan, that didn't help us much with the heat. We opened the window at night, but then the noise from the street did not allow us to sleep normally.

Nice place with good price.

Nice place with everything you need for stay just exactly as described. Price vs quality is perfect. There is several tram routes which could bring you to different parts of city center or you can walk. there is also a beer restaurant in this building, Liddl just in one block and very nice park nearby.

Quite noisy at early mornings because of transport passing by - still you should expect it from such large city. Living room doesn’t have curtains or smut like that, and city lights seem to be on whole night - so it might be tricky to sleep there for those who prefer dark sleeping.

we paid 30 euro per car, 2 cars! we arrived at 7 pm and were locked in the parking lot at 1:30 pm with no way out. when

Wonderful

- Good location in Praha 5 - Easy check-in, check-out - Awesome WI-FI in the room - Owner Petr is very helpful, replying very fast, and easy to solve any question - The apartment has 100% everything you need (fridge, iron, hairdryer, towels, shampoo, dishes, glassware, forks/knives, etc)

- the drain was a bit clogged in the shower

happy with our stay, will recommend

it is close to metro, tram stops and bus stops. there is a big shopping mall 3 blocks away, grocery near by. can easily get to everywhere by tram, bus , metro or walk.

there is no elevator. building is a traditional Russian block apartment not modern. there is no reception desk but they are very responsive with messages.. no air condition - luckily we did not need to use one

1. the price - but it's a common problem for Prague, I suppose 2. the noise - since windows are pointing to the street, at night I heard the cars. It was quite disruptive, but it doesn't depend on a landlord

It was very comfortable stay. Bedroom and kitchen was conveniently large. all amenities were in place. Kitchen was well equipped. The location was amazing. All the neccessary shops, grocery stores were at walking distance. city centre is just 10 mins by tram. Overall exerience was amazing.
